This policy governs returns, replacements, and refunds for all products purchased from WD Racing. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

  • WD Racing operates a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy once an order is confirmed
  • This applies to all products: RC cars, RTR kits, motors, electronics, spares, and accessories

Reasons We Do Not Accept Returns

Products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for reasons including:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect item selected by the customer
  • Compatibility issues with other equipment
  • “Did not match expectations” or similar subjective reasons
  • Damage caused by incorrect usage, installation, or mishandling

Items that have been used, installed, or had packaging opened beyond inspection cannot be accepted back.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing or been shipped
  • Contact us immediately at 97905 10633 or wdracingmotorsport@gmail.com to request changes
  • If the order has not yet entered packing, we will try to accommodate — cancellation cannot be guaranteed given our 1–3 business day processing

Damaged or Incorrect Items on Delivery

WD Racing inspects every product before dispatch. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide a clear, continuous unboxing video from the unopened package
  • Include photos of outer packaging and shipping label
  • Claims without video proof will not be accepted

For transit damage, we will assist in filing a courier claim. Replacement is not guaranteed and depends on courier approval. WD Racing does not commit to replacing items unless verified through this process.

Electronics & RC Components

ESCs, motors, servos, receivers, batteries, and chargers are sensitive electronic items. No warranty, replacement, or refund for damage from:

  • Burnt or short-circuited electronics
  • Incorrect installation or wiring
  • Water exposure or moisture damage
  • Overload, overvoltage, or reverse polarity
  • General mishandling or rough use

Once a component has been used or installed, no claims will be accepted.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges apply
  • Reshipping charges are payable by the customer
  • Refunds are not provided in such cases

Packages Lost in Transit

  • WD Racing will raise a complaint with the courier on your behalf
  • Resolution depends on the courier's investigation
  • Refund or replacement is only considered once the courier officially confirms the package as lost
  • Until that confirmation, we cannot issue a refund or replacement

Manufacturer Warranty

  • Some products may carry a manufacturer warranty, stated on the product page
  • Claims must follow the manufacturer's guidelines and timelines
  • WD Racing does not independently warranty engines, motors, ESCs, servos, batteries, electronics, or consumables
  • Damage from misuse, overloading, improper installation, water exposure, or modification is not covered

Product Images & Descriptions

  • Product images are for representation purposes
  • Actual colour, branding, or design may vary slightly due to manufacturing or supplier updates
  • Such variations do not qualify for a return or refund

Refund Method

The only circumstance under which a refund is issued is if WD Racing cancels your order before it is shipped, due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • A payment or technical issue

In such cases, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
